.: Fairway Friends" Mentoring Program
The Fairway Friends Mentoring Program is available to all members. The program teams experienced golfers with newer golfers to help them feel comfortable on the golf course. Mentoring is what EWGA is all about - helping women enter the game of golf in a fun, supportive and welcoming environment! This program is a win-win for both mentors and mentees. To join the program either as a mentor or mentee, please complete and return the corresponding form to Gail Irrgang, Leadership Chair, as noted on the forms. .: OPEN PLAY NIGHTS
Open play nights provide opportunities for our members, guests and prospective members to get together, play golf and network at the 19th hole. For 2010, we will have two open play nights: Mondays beginning April 5 at Delcastle Golf Club from 4:45-5:30 p.m. and Thursdays beginning April 8 at Pike Creek Golf Club from 5:00-5:30 p.m. To sign up, simply call the course and request a time with the EWGA group.

.: LEAGUES
Interested in meeting new people while enjoying a little friendly team competition? If so, our match play league on Monday nights at Delcastle Golf Club is for you. The league will be comprised of three or four teams assembled by the League Committee following the close of registration on April 20. The league will play matches on 10 nights from May through September. Each team will elect a captain who will work with her team to provide two members to play on each of the match dates. Every team member must play in at least four matches during the season. Handicaps are required to join the league. The cost is $10 and does not include greens or cart fees. .: CLINICS
We offer a variety of clinics for golfers of all abilities. Clinics are taught by Rebecca Dengler, PGA/LPGA Professional, and her staff at Ed Oliver Golf Club and by Eric MacCluen, PGA Professional, and his staff at Chisel Creek Golf Club. Weekend outings, usually twice per month, are held from April through October at local courses.  This season, we will be teeing it up 13 times at a variety of courses in Delaware, Pennsylvania and Maryland.  Click here for our outing schedule.
