.: S.W.I.N.G (Skillful Women
Inspiring New Golfers)
SWING is a new golfer mentoring
program available to all EWGA members and supported by one of EWGA's
partners, Bette & Court. SWING teams experienced golfers with
newer golfers to help them feel comfortable on the golf course. SWING
is what EWGA is all about -- helping women enter the game of golf in a
fun, supportive and welcoming environment. Click here for detailed

.: OPEN PLAY NIGHTS
Open play nights provide
opportunities for our members, guests and prospective members to get
together, play golf and network at the 19th hole. For 2009, we will
have two open play nights: Mondays beginning April 6 at
Delcastle Golf Club from 4:45-5:45 p.m. and Tuesdays beginning April 14
at Rock Manor Golf Club from 4:30-5:00 p.m. To sign up, simply call the
course a week in
advance to book your time.
.: LEAGUES
Interested in a little friendly
team competition? If so, our match play leagues are for
you. This year, we will be holding two separate
leagues: one at Delcastle on Mondays and the other at Rock
Manor on Tuesdays. The leagues will be comprised of three or
four person teams assembled by the League Committee following the close
of registration on April 28. The leagues will play matches on
10 nights from May through September with. You must have an
established handicap to join the leagues. The cost to join is
$10 per league and does not include greens or cart fees. For

.: CLINICS
We offer a variety of clinics for
golfers of all abilities. Clinics are taught by Rebecca
Dengler, PGA/LPGA Professional, and her staff at Ed Oliver Golf Club
and by Eric MacCluen, PGA Professional, and his staff at both Chisel
Creek Golf Club and Honeybrook Golf Club. Both Becky and Eric

Weekend outings, usually twice per
month, are held from April through October at local courses.
