Event Policies

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations are at the discretion of each golf course staff and the Chapter’s Golf Events, Golf Education and League Chairs. Every effort will be made to play our events as scheduled. If an event is cancelled, effort will be made to contact you before the event. If there is inclement weather on the day of an event, please contact the course directly to determine whether the event has been cancelled.

Guest Policy:  A non-member may participate in Chapter events at a guest rate up to three times before being required to join.

Refund Policy:  NO refunds will be provided.
