Welcome to the Wilmington, Delaware Chapter of the Executive Women's Golf Association ("EWGA"). EWGA is a national not-for-profit organization formed in 1991 and includes over 20,000 women golfers in the United States and Canada. We offer networking, golf and education events for golfers of all skill levels residing in the Delaware area (including Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware). EWGA's mission is simple - We exist to provide opportunities for women to learn, play and enjoy the game of golf for business and for life. Our vision is clear - EWGA is the premier force for promoting women's golf.

Our members are our most valuable asset. That's why membership will continue to play an important role in the continued heath and growth of our Chapter. The Wilmington, Delaware Chapter was formed in 2001 and consisted of 24 members. As we celebrate our 10th anniversary this year, we currently have more than 100 members at all levels of play. Our members are business owners, corporate executives, professionals, stay-at-home moms, retirees and entrepreneurs. All of us share something in common - love for the game of golf!

Don't worry about your score - we want you to play golf with us. We offer leagues and golf events at every level, from beginner to expert. Our top-scoring members shoot under 80 for 18 holes while many of us are still working on breaking 100. Some of us don’t even keep score (although we encourage you to start doing so once you're comfortable)! There's something for everyone. We offer monthly outings with different formats including four-person scrambles, stroke play and best balls.

EWGA is about fun, friendship, networking, opportunities to play golf and skill development. We hope that both renewing members, and new ones, will take full advantage of all that EWGA has to offer. After all...
